Terms of use
These terms apply when you use Learn Irish Tunes, a service of the company named under "Who we are". By using the site you accept them.
Last updated: 19 October 2026
The service
Learn Irish Tunes teaches traditional Irish tunes by ear. Each tune is split into small steps with notation and looping audio at four tempos. My Tunebook records your progress.
Age
You must be 15 or older to create an account. If you are younger, a parent or guardian should create it, and only an adult may make a purchase.
Free tier and paid plans
The first five popular tunes of each type are free, with or without an account. All other tunes need a paid plan: a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-off lifetime purchase. Prices are shown at checkout. Purchases are sold through Link, part of Stripe, as merchant of record, and its terms also apply to the purchase.
Subscriptions and lifetime access
A subscription renews every month or year until you cancel it, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. You can cancel or change it on the account page or through Link. Deleting your account cancels a subscription at once, and the rest of the paid period isn't refunded. Lifetime access lasts for as long as the service is offered. Refunds are described in the Refund policy.
Your account
Keep your password safe and give a real email address. Do not share your paid access, or copy or resell the notation and audio.
Tunes and credits
The tunes remain the work of their contributors. Notation and audio are for your own practice. Credits and licences are on the About page.
Availability and liability
We try to keep the service available but do not promise that it will always work or be free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell subscribers by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and show it on the site.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. If we can't settle a complaint between us, consumers can use the out-of-court dispute resolution of the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, adr.coi.cz).
