Refund policy
Purchases are sold through Link, part of Stripe, as merchant of record. Stripe issues the refunds, may decide some of them itself, and its terms also apply. This page explains what we promise and what a refund means for your access.

14-day money-back promise
If Learn Irish Tunes isn't for you, write to us within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we'll refund it in full. This covers the first payment of a subscription and a lifetime purchase, not later renewals. It comes on top of your rights under the law.
How to ask
Write to the contact address below, or ask Link support. Give the email address of your account.
Full refund of a lifetime purchase
If a lifetime purchase is given a full refund, or you lose a dispute with your card issuer about it, your lifetime access ends.
Partial refund
If you are given a partial refund, you keep your access.
Subscriptions
A refunded subscription follows its status in Stripe: if the subscription ends, access ends; otherwise you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. When we refund a first payment under the 14-day promise, we also cancel the subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal but doesn't refund the current period. Deleting your account cancels the subscription at once, without a refund, so ask for any refund before you delete it.
Disputes
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank, so that we can solve the problem faster.
